Who are you?

We are Abhisam Software, a knowledge based company dedicated to enhancing your skills, knowledge and expertise via e-learning courses, e-books, face to face training workshops and consulting.

Why should we consider your courses?

We have access to a large pool of subject matter experts who work with leading companies in the world. They contribute to the "the technical content" of our offerings. This raw technical content is then developed into e-learning courses with the help of our own instructional designers, graphics and animation professionals and web designers. Every course is vetted by industry experts to ensure that it is easy to understand, does not contain any fluff and is error free.

Additionally, all courses are vendor-neutral. We do not hawk a particular vendor's model or technology, so you get an unbiased training from us.

How do I buy your course?

You can buy our course either directly from this site via our partner Share-It. When you click the "Add to Cart" button on our pages, you will be directed to the secure Share-It site that processes our orders. For customers from India, ordering information is here.

How do I know if your courses are good enough?

We have sold our courses and ebooks to thousands of individuals and organizations all over the world. Some of them wrote back to us saying how happy they were with our courses-you can see a few of these testimonials here. We are sure that you will like them and find them to be of immense value to you and your organization.

Are you just selling Power Point slides?

Certainly not! Our courses are a blend of text, graphics and interactive animations/ videos with assessments. They are totally different from (and far superior) to Power Point presentations.

What payment options do I have?

You can pay online via most Credit Cards, or Paypal, or by wire transfer, or by bank transfer, or order manually by a physical check. Just select the option during the order process. Customers from India have to use the Ordering info here.

What are the licensing options on offer?

Standard (Download version)

The Standard course (download version) is a single user license, that will work on ONE computer of your choice. Online registration and activation is required, only for the first time during installation. If your PC does not have access to the internet, you can request e-mail activation too. This version will work on all Windows compatible PCs/Laptops. It will not run on a Mac OS. This version resides permanently on the PC (as long as you don't throw away the PC, or change the hard disk).

Backup CD

A backup CD can be ordered while placing the order. Useful if your organization requires a physical delivery to be shown as proof of purchase.

Online Version

The online version allows you access to the course for a period of TWO WEEKS via the internet. It requires a browser with the Flash plugin enabled (so that the animations in the course can run). This version is ideal for Mac users. Not all courses are available in this version.

Multiple User Versions

If your organization has a large number of learners who wish to take our courses, we can offer you an LMS (Learning Management System) version that is hosted on our LMS. We will create your learner accounts on our system and track access and scores. At the end of the period, we can offer you a report that shows how many learners took the course, how much time was spent on each modules, scores in the assessment tests, etc. Great for compliance with ISO 9002 and similar standards.

Why can't I opt for free courses from some other websites/ sources?

Sure you can, but the quality of the information, the presentation and usefulness will be different from ours. Besides be careful about some "free courses" from some vendors, they are nothing more than thinly disguised sales pitches. Our courses are created by professionals, have a wealth of useful knowledge that you can use in your day to day work and a are vendor neutral-solely focused on the technology and on enhancing your own skills in the subject.

We also have some free courses and demos on our website which you can check out. But always the regular (paid) versions of the courses will be much more detailed and informative than the free ones.

Will I get a certificate?

Of course, after you complete our course, you can ask for an online test access on our own Learning Management System (LMS). If you take it and pass, we will issue you a certificate. There is no additional cost for this service.

I do not want your "standard" courses, I want an e-learning course tailored to my needs. How do I get it?

I require a face-to-face classroom training session/ workshop. Can you do it for me/us? Where?

Sure. Please take a look at the options here. We can do this almost anywhere in the world. However please understand that this may not be cost effective if the number of learners is less than 10 people.

I am a subject matter expert. I believe I can contribute to your courses. Can I do so? How much will I get paid for it?

Sure, we are always on the lookout for subject matter experts in various fields. If you are one, simply send your proposal to mail@abhisam.com with "Subject Matter Expert" in the subject field of the email. We will get back to you. Payment depends on your level of expertise, the rarity of your knowledge and the market demand for it.
